Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 is a government program aimed at diversifying the economy, society, and culture in line with the vision of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Launched in 2016, the program is focused on reducing the country's dependence on oil revenue, which currently accounts for 40% of GDP and 75% of fiscal revenue. The Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA) has been tasked with identifying and implementing measures crucial for the program's success. Despite efforts to reduce oil dependence, Saudi Arabia is still heavily reliant on oil, making it essential to implement innovative solutions and mining projects to achieve the goals of Vision 2030.
